[IRTalk] Open Internet a condition for Open Access

Dear Colleagues

The medium carrying information has changed from scrolls to books, and from books, to electronic. Libraries have always been about providing access to information for all. We cannot afford an Internet which is restricted in any way, restricting access to information, which reminds of censorship in the past.
