[IRTalk] Financial Flows in Swiss Scientific Publishing

According to an official study Swiss institutions pay about 70 millions Swiss Francs for journal subscriptions, while they publish about 20'000 corresponding author journal article. So given an average APC of 1500 Swiss Francs, Switzerland would save half of it's current subscription costs if the world switches entirely to Gold OA.
