[IRTalk] Update: LIBER's New Open Access Working Group - LIBER

LIBER is hosting a number of initiatives or networks to enhance the
re-invention of the library to become better suited for the Open Science
paradigm in Europe and globally. The Working Group on Open Access has been
put together to further advance the shift towards openness.

The Working Group first met in Helsinki, during LIBER’s 2016 Annual
Conference. So far it consists of 19 members from academic library
organisations across Europe.
