[IRTalk] All Slovenian literature repositories are now OpenAIRE compatible

The Slovenian researchers are obliged to deposit and ensure open access to publications through repositories according to the aligned policies in the European Research Area, i.e. on open access in Horizon 2020<http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/data/ref/h2020/grants_manual/hi/oa_pilot/h2020-hi-oa-pilot-guide_en.pdf> and according to the national open access strategy<http://www.mizs.gov.si/si/delovna_podrocja/direktorat_za_znanost/sektor_za_znanost/strategije_s_podrocja_znanosti/nacionalna_strategija_odprtega_dostopa_do_znanstvenih_objav_in_raziskovalnih_podatkov_v_sloveniji_2015_2020/>. The latter was adopted in September 2015 and the action plan is being prepared for its implementation.

The four Slovenian universities have jointly established a national portal Open Science Slovenia<http://www.openscience.si/> and institutional repositories for written final works of studies and publications of researchers (RUL<https://repozitorij.uni-lj.si/>, DKUM<https://dk.um.si/>,RUP<http://repozitorij.upr.si/>, RUNG<http://repozitorij.ung.si/>). For researchers from research institutes, an additional literature repository was set up (DIRROS<http://dirros.openscience.si/>). These five repositories use the same nationally made repository software. The universities' repositories are connected with the organizations' information systems (for students, for digital identity) and with national systems (the bibliographic system and services COBISS<http://www.cobiss.si/>, the national SICRIS<http://www.sicris.si/>). Plagiarism detection is carried out for each publication deposited into the one of the five repositories. The national open access infrastructure also includes literature repositories using EPrints software (DRUGG<http://eprints.fgg.uni-lj.si/>, PeFprints<http://pefprints.pef.uni-lj.si/>,Sci Vie<http://eprints.gozdis.si/>, ePrints.FRI<http://eprints.fri.uni-lj.si/>) and the Digital Library of Slovenia<http://www.dlib.si/>. All the literature repositories<https://www.openaire.eu/search/data-providers#text:slovenia> in the national open access infrastructure comply with OpenAIRE guidelines for literature repositories<https://guidelines.openaire.eu/en/latest/literature/index.html>.
