[IRTalk] Open Monograph Press 1.2 released

Dear Colleagues

Disseminating research in the digital environment has become one of the very important responsibilities of a library within a digital environment, and one of the last steps in the scholarly publishing process. In addition to a repository<http://www.dspace.org/>, an institution can publish its own journals using Open Journal Systems<https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/>. Another option is to publish books online, using Open Monograph Press. The software is open source, and can be installed on a server at your institution or in the cloud.
