*We are delighted to announce the launch of the ORCID at Oxford service,
which enables Oxford researchers to create an ORCID iD with
verified University affiliation.* This will help you receive maximum credit
for your publications and streamline research processes.

An ORCID iD is a unique researcher identifier you keep throughout your
life, wherever you are. ORCIDs are increasingly used by funders and
publishers globally to link researchers with their publications and grants.
ORCID at Oxford brings the opportunity for additional automated links with
University systems.
