[Irtalk] Policy recommendations for open access to research data | European Public Sector Information Platform

The FP-7 RECODE project has published a report that includes policy
recommendations, practical guides for developing policies, and resources to
expedite the process of policy development and implementation.

In order to create the document, titled - Policy recommendations for open
access to research data - RECODE identified
*two main over-arching issues in the mobilisation of open access to
research data: a lack of a coherent open data ecosystem; and a lack of
attention to the specificity of research practice, processes and data
collections​.*
