Thanks for ceasing the moment and opportunity for the critical item of copyright to be added to the Cape Town declaration. Much appreciated.

Kind regards

Subject African Ministers of Culture sign Cape Town Declaration 14 August 2015

I attended this pre conference and high level meeting on behalf of DAC's Legal deposit committee. At the end of their reading out the declaration I asked if they could add one more sentence - on copyright. They agreed and that's good as they are now obliged to do this !!

Regards Denise
