[Irtalk] Setting up an OA journal

For those of you interested - attached a presentation on the important things to look out for when setting up an OA journal or OA journal service. Kenya will be starting with the implementation of OA journals soon, in partnership/collaboration with eIFL.net. Congratulations to Iryna Kuchma and all Nairobi colleagues with great progress. Also congratulations to Rosemary Ottando who was awarded the EPT award - we are real proud!
