[Irtalk] Open Access Citation Advantage: An Annotated Bibliography Version 3

*This annotated bibliography updated as of 12/22/2014 lists studies and
review articles that examine whether open access (OA) articles receive more
citations than equivalent subscription; i.e., toll access (TA) articles*.
The bibliography is divided into four sections: A) New items added to the
bibliography since 2009; B) General review articles; C) Studies showing an
open access citation advantage (OACA); D) Studies showing either no OACA
effect or ascribing OACA to factors unrelated to OA publication.
