[Irtalk] 22 open access policies adopted in 2014 | EIFL

The EIFL Open Access (OA) programme advocates nationally and
internationally for the adoption of OA policies and mandates, to ensure
that research output is freely and openly available for all.

This year was very successful, with 22 new OA policies being adopted in
EIFL partner and project countries.
