[Irtalk] allAfrica.com: Ethiopia: Repository Opens Access to Research

A nationwide online research repository is to be launched by 2015. The
program will upload all publicly funded research to a specified website,
with the Consortium of Ethiopian Academic and Research Libraries (CEARL)
leading the construction of the website.
