[Irtalk] OAPS - Open Access Plagiarism Search

The goal of the OAPS project is to enhance the integrity of Open-Access
databases by the use of plagiarism detection mechanisms. In this project, a
plagiarism detection service is developed that will be available to the
Open-Access community on the World Wide Web. Therefore, several mechanisms
will be developed that can be used to continuously harvest Open-Access
repositories and process the available documents to use them for a
plagiarism detection service. Such a service could also used to find
related publications which would be another benefit of the OAPS project.
