[Irtalk] Citation impact question

I hope someone else on the list will also be able to respond. So far we try to integrate OA resources with existing tools, such as the following (the researcher has to create a researcher profile in order to track citations):

Self-citation is a reality unfortunately, but the above also gives an indication of it to a limited extent.
