I am in the process of compiling a list of names/research bodies in Africa, South Africa and worldwide to invite to the Berlin 10 OA Conference. If you can make any suggestions for Vice-rectors Research/DVC's Research, Directors, Policy makers, Funders, etc. at your institution or any other institution that you feel should have representation at the Berlin Conference, please share the following with me?
