<div dir="ltr">I believe that institutional repositories need to be filled with as much content as possible, as quickly as possible. So instead of advising researchers to opt for pay-to-publish Gold OA, OA advocates should be telling them to continue publishing in subscription journals <b><font color="#ff0000">and self-archive their papers in their institutional repository by means of Green OA</font></b>.<div>
