Policies on access, censorship, copyright, intermediary liability, and
privacy directly affect the vibrancy of Wikipedia and the other Wikimedia
projects. The Wikimedia community is in a unique position to shape these
policies to allow people around the world to access, create, share, and
remix free knowledge.
