[Duraspace] UCT eResearch centre : How it started

*The establishment of the eResearch Centre was approved by the UCT Senior
Leader Group in March 2014*.  Over the last few years leaders in ICTS, UCT
Libraries and the Research Office as well as the Deputy Vice Chancellor
with responsibility for Research, have realized that UCT needed a firm
partnership between these support functions and researchers to take the
University to the next level of research excellence.

Various events in the different support areas as well as radical changes in
the research landscape led to the formation of a partnership that has now
been formalized as the eResearch Centre.
