Anyone who is interested in the price and volume of APCs paid to
subscription publishers may be interested in this data collated by Jisc
Collections:

This data is aggregated from 24 UK universities and covers 2010-14. It is
likely to be very incomplete. It shows that a high proportion of APCs are
being paid to Wiley and Elsevier.
