*Although South Africa still has one of the lowest broadband adoption rates
aggregated at a continent level*, the impact of improving Internet
connectivity within the region is clear.  Africa was similarly challenged
at the start of 2008, but it clearly still has a long way to go, with only
nominal long-term improvement seen at a continent level.
