EIFL-Licensing Update

for Multi-Science Journals Collection

EIFL has signed a renewal agreement with Multi-Science Publishing for the
Multi-Science Journals Collection. The agreement runs to 31 December 2016
and is open to members of EIFL-partner consortia in 48 countries.

Nicolaus Copernicus University (NCU) in Poland introduces a mandatory open
access publishing policy for all NCU journals. Within two years all 40 NCU
journals will be available on an open journal publishing platform.

Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open Access Programme Manager, has been invited to join
the Open Library of Humanities (OLH) Internationalisation Committee. A
recently launched initiative, the Open Library of the Humanities (OLH) will
be an Open Access “megajournal” for the Humanities and Social Sciences.

Open Access Week 2013 - a global event, now in its 7th year, promoting open
