The purpose of the provision is broad enough known the results of research
and scientific studies that have not been published on the Internet and
remained in a narrow range of range of people

Digitization is FREE OF CHARGE for journal publishers.

Each magazine that holds in its archives the numbers and volumes that were
published only in hard copy may apply to the project and take advantage of
the opportunities afforded by indexing journals in Index Copernicus Journal
Master List.

Details and digitization conditions are available in Publisher Panel - a
panel to manage and guide publishing process of the scientific journals
