[Duraspace] Handle Server Done on test server

Hi Team 

I got nice documentation on setting up handle server from http://sunsite.utk.edu/diglib/dspace/#handle
this process i done it on our Library Test server i hope it will be successful on the production server as well as we will buy valid handle now.
I believe anyone who need to configure handle server for their DSpace can use this info.
