[Duraspace] Wiki updates

Hi All

I have updated quite a few pages on http://ir.sun.ac.za/wiki
Basically I did it to achieve the following:
1. Ensure that port 80 is redirected to port 443 at all times for security.
2. Setup a default interface so that there is no trailing /xmlui or /jspui so that URL's remain consistent.

The two changes above ensure that rankings do not slip because of fundamental changes to the base URL used for citations.

Next step is to bed down the handle server.
